      Hi 482actj46,
      I wasn’t actually sure about this one so had to look it up. I believe the smallest organ is the pineal gland, which is a small gland located in the centre of the brain next to the spinal cord. The pineal gland only does one thing which is secrete melatonin, which is a hormone that regulates our sleep pattern and how we react to changes of the seasons.
