• Question: Why does the Human eye not grow?

      They actually do, but only very slightly. When you’re born they are just smaller than a ball of chewing gum, which grow until you are about 13-14 when they are about 2.5cm wide, then they stop because they’ve reached adult size.

      Yeah what Adam said basically. Also once the rest of your body stops growing there isnt any room in your eye socket for the eyes to continue to grow so they physically have no where to grow into as the skull has stopped growing. Your ears never stop growing tho!
