• Question: has there been any points in your career that you regretted becoming a scientist?

      All the time, it sometimes is very tough and can initially take a lot of your free time, but the main thing is to know that eventually things will come right and you’ve just got to keep plugging away at it. I suppose that’s the same in every career path

      Yeah sometimes. A few times when things havent worked out ive thought whats the point i should do something else. But then i love what i do so i wouldnt want to do anything else. But like adam said, every career path has its ups and downs. As long as im doing what i enjoy then i dont have many regrets.
