I spent a month hiking and climbing in Brazil with World Challenge (who are great and take groups of school kids out to amazing places). I think the tallest one I climbed was black needles peak which was awesome! At the top I was so far above the clouds it looked so strange.
I climbed up a really really big hill in Wales when I was at school on a camping trip. But I’m not sure it was a mountain. So i guess i havent climbed any real mountains unfortunately 🙁
I’ve climbed up Mount Tai in China, there’s an archway at the top which (legend has it) if you pass through it you’ll live forever. Let’s see how that works out! Other than that I can’t think of any, but I’ll probably do Snowdon this summer whilst I’m on a research visit to North Wales.
Some very big hills, but not quite mountains. Spent a few days in the High Atlas last May and climbed to 2500m from 1700m. Everytime I’ve gone to climb a mountain the UK something has gone wrong, bad weather or injury. One day though.
