• Question: How do clouds stay in the sky when the average cloud weighs over a tonne?

      Hmmm good question, im not sure. I think this is to do with the density of the clod being less than the density of the air around it and so it doesnt sink it just floats in place. The same principle applies in water, if you put something in water that has a higher density it will sink, but if the density is lower it will float, and if the density is in the middle it will be suspended half way between the top and bottom of the water
