Question: is there a famous scientist in Poland and Ecuador , Portugal ?

I guess this all depends on how famous you mean. Marie Curie is probably the most famous Polish scientist, but not a lot of people will know who she is. I don’t know any scientists from Ecuador. I also don’t know any famous Portugese Scientists, but there is a quite famous research centre in Portugal for cancer called the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown and they have lots of very good scientists working there!
